Technical Project Manager – M365 & IT Infrastructure

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with a robust background in IT infrastructure, particularly within the Microsoft 365 (M365) ecosystem. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects involving M365 tenant setup, Intune configuration, and other IT system implementations. This role requires a seasoned professional with a total of 14+ years of IT experience and a deep understanding of modern enterprise IT solutions, including Azure, Windows, and collaborative tools like Teams and SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution:
   • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for M365-related initiatives, from initiation through deployment and post-implementation support.
   • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
   • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
2. Technical Implementation:
   • Oversee the setup and configuration of new Microsoft 365 tenants, ensuring seamless integration into the organization's infrastructure.
   • Manage the deployment and administration of Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Conditional Access policies.
   • Facilitate the imaging of PCs and implementation of secure, scalable device management practices.
   • Lead configuration and adoption of Teams, SharePoint, password self-service solutions, and other M365 tools.
   • Coordinate the implementation of secure Windows and Azure resources to meet organizational needs.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with business goals.
   • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues promptly.
4. Process Optimization & Documentation:
   • Ensure adherence to industry best practices and organizational standards in all IT implementations.
   • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical configurations, user guides, and project reports.
   • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance IT system efficiency and security.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications in IT management or M365 administration are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 14+ years in IT, with significant expertise in technical project management and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including tenant setup and advanced configurations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, Azure AD (Entra ID), and related tools.
  • Strong understanding of Teams, SharePoint, Conditional Access, and device imaging.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Azure resources management.
• Project Management Skills:
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
