Description

Manage the full lifecycle of electromechanical products from inception through to production.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design development across industrial, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Gantt charts.
• Interface with global cross-functional teams, vendors, consultants, and production factories.
• Lead technical reviews including Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR) and Critical Design Reviews (CDR).
• Manage project documentation, including the completion and maintenance of full production packages.

Required Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1+ years of experience in project management or project engineering.
• Direct experience in electromechanical product development.
• Experience interfacing with hardware and firmware development teams.
• Experience interfacing with factories in China.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet or Microsoft Project.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines within contracted commitments.
• Technical knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical systems.
