Lead complex technology implementations and manage cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct teams of 20+ IT professionals and manage resources to meet project objectives.
• Manage project scope, schedules, change requests, and budgets for multi-system initiatives.
• Execute projects using SDLC, Agile methodologies, AMCP, and PMLC frameworks.
• Mitigate technical and operational risks while maintaining internal controls and quality standards.
• Develop partnerships across multiple business areas to drive SaaS implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software management experience, including leading other managers.
• Proven experience directing large teams of 20+ IT professionals.
• Hands-on knowledge of Cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
• Understanding of modern architectures and DevSecOps practices.
• Technical familiarity with Java, JavaScript, and Python.
• Experience managing SaaS implementations and Agile product teams.
• Expertise in risk management, budget management, and scope control.
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Advanced degree or post-graduate studies.
