Description

Manage technical projects focused on data engineering, ETL, and cloud migration initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects and programs from inception through delivery.
• Oversee IBM DataStage implementations and broader data engineering workflows.
• Coordinate SQL, ETL, and data warehousing efforts.
• Manage project timelines and stakeholder communication using ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Facilitate Snowflake or AWS cloud migration activities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with IBM DataStage and Data Engineering.
• 5+ years leading technical projects or programs.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and Data Warehousing.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Demonstrated experience with Snowflake or AWS Cloud Migration.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and project delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Freddie Mac or Mortgage/Financial Services domain.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• PMP or Scrum Master Certification.
