Description

Lead cross-functional development teams through the full lifecycle of MEAN/MERN web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for multiple teams, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project roadmapping, timeline estimation, and backlog refinement alongside Product Owners.
• Oversee technical implementation and architectural decisions within MongoDB, Express, Angular/React, and Node.js environments.
• Drive the adoption of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies.
• Mentor developers, QA, and DevOps members on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role.
• Hands-on familiarity with the MEAN/MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, React.js, and Node.js.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience managing technical delivery, code quality, and testing strategies.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira or Trello and version control using Git.
• Proven ability to manage distributed or remote teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, or PMP.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud services.
