Description

Manage the delivery of complex, cross-functional programs involving hardware and software engineering in Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of cross-functional projects by collaborating with Systems & SW Engineering and Operations teams.
• Drive consensus on technical decisions and allocate resources to ensure high-quality results.
• Identify, assess, track, and mitigate project risks and issues at multiple levels.
• Manage project information dissemination and reporting to all key stakeholders.
• Implement continuous process improvements to solve operational problems and deploy new solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management covering compute, storage, and end-user support.
• Experience in hardware engineering management, including support, maintenance, and deployment.
• Hands-on experience managing the product lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Azure DevOps Services for project updates and tracking.
• Experience with Service level tracking and reporting.
• Strong program management and communication skills.
• Conversational English proficiency.
• Agile Project Management methodologies.
• Microsoft Azure familiarity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing competing priorities across disparate groups.
