Description

Lead technical deployments for restaurant technology solutions, managing teams and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of junior project managers, providing direction and oversight.
• Develop project plans, rollout schedules, and deployment tracking using Excel and project management tools.
• Oversee the planning and execution of restaurant technology solutions, including kiosks, digital menu boards, POS platforms, and labor scheduling tools.
• Coordinate with vendors, franchisees, and field support teams to ensure accurate equipment delivery and issue resolution.
• Manage vendor relationships and act as a liaison for franchisee technology needs, including training and communication.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in project management.
• 3+ years of experience in team leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for project planning, scheduling, and data analysis.
• Experience with project management platforms such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Monday.com.
• Strong understanding of restaurant systems, including POS, labor scheduling, and back-of-house software.
• Proven success in technical deployments and enterprise-level project management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work assertively and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of current and emerging technologies in the QSR industry.
• Technical or software background with experience in enterprise deployments.
