Description

You will manage complex, multi-year project plans and ensure data synchronization across stakeholder platforms.

Responsibilities

• Update and manage multi-year project plans within Microsoft Project.
• Synchronize project plans to SharePoint and manage user and field-level access controls.
• Document program interdependencies and map work items in Azure DevOps (ADO) to the master project plan.
• Maintain project metrics and collaborate with Power BI resources to develop program dashboards.
• Propose and oversee governance improvements using SharePoint, ADO, and Azure Automation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Expertise in Microsoft Project for long-term plan management.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, including permission and access control management.
• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) to track work and manage dependencies.
• Ability to source and validate data between ADO and project plans for dashboard accuracy.
• Working knowledge of Azure Automation functionality.
• Skill in creating data-driven presentations for executive-level stakeholders.
• Any Graduate degree.
