Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership

• Lead end-to-end SNPD platform implementation.
• Manage multiple delivery streams including Development, Integration, Migration, AI, QA, DevOps and Support.
• Drive project execution aligned to business objectives and timelines.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with senior stakeholders including PMO, Engineering, R&D, Quality, Procurement and Leadership teams.
• Conduct Steering Committee and Governance meetings.
• Present program status, risks and mitigation plans.

Delivery Governance

• Monitor project scope, budget, schedule and quality.
• Ensure milestone achievement across all phases.
• Drive RAID (Risk, Assumption, Issue and Dependency) management.

Team Management

• Manage project managers, technical leads and external vendors.
• Resource planning and capacity management.
• Performance monitoring and escalation management.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to project standards and governance processes.
• Drive UAT, Go-Live and Hypercare activities.
• Ensure project documentation and audit compliance.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP
• PRINCE2
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• SAFe Agile Certification
