Description

Own end-to-end SNPD platform implementation, managing delivery streams for Development, Integration, Migration, AI, QA, DevOps, and Support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead program execution aligned with business objectives, timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage project managers, technical leads, and external vendors, including resource planning and performance monitoring.
• Drive RAID management and ensure milestone achievement across all project phases.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, PMO, and leadership teams to present status, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure adherence to governance processes, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and audit compliance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management and Project Governance.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Jira for tracking and management.
• Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems.
• Proven track record in multi-stream delivery and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agile Certification.
