Own and manage a centralized portfolio of 100+ concurrent initiatives spanning business partnerships, system integrations, external vendor connectivity, and API‑based solutions.
Establish and maintain structured intake, tracking, and prioritization processes for new initiatives introduced on an ongoing basis.
Monitor overall project health by tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers, and proactively follow up to maintain momentum.
Coordinate closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, platform teams, and external partners to resolve issues and align expectations.
Support regular status reporting and executive‑level summaries, providing clear visibility into progress, risks, and upcoming milestones.
Partner with internal platform, architecture, and shared‑services teams to ensure initiatives align with enterprise standards and governance requirements.
Drive consistency in project execution, documentation, and communication across the initiative portfolio.
Required Qualifications
8–12 years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in a large, complex enterprise environment.
Strong background supporting technology‑enabled platforms and cross‑functional initiatives.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of parallel efforts.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Hands‑on experience creating and maintaining project plans, dashboards, trackers, and reporting artifacts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into concise executive‑level messaging.

Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
Familiarity with enterprise document processing concepts such as ingestion, classification, extraction, and OCR technologies.
Experience supporting API‑driven platforms, document management systems, or complex system integrations.
