Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects within the banking and financial services sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee project execution by tracking progress and mitigating identified risks.
• Lead project teams by assigning tasks, providing support, and resolving internal conflicts.
• Act as a liaison between business requirements and technical solution delivery.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders and management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Proven experience working with banking and financial institutions.
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and personnel.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical project requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
