Description

Drive the delivery of technical projects including system implementations, integrations, major upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and enforce detailed project plans covering scope, schedules, resources, and deliverables.
• Implement and sustain standardized project management methodologies to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet project milestones and objectives.
• Oversee desktop, server, and network upgrades while evaluating risks to minimize business disruption.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager managing complex technical projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, JIRA, Microsoft Teams, OneNote, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Project.
• Experience with system integrations, ERP platforms, and managing major system changes.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Drupal CMS.
• Knowledge of security standards and compliance requirements for IT projects.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
• Experience with Softrip.
