Description

You will lead technical project delivery and Scrum facilitation for networking infrastructure initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with product managers and stakeholders.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and roadblocks across multiple workstreams.
• Coach engineering teams on Agile best practices to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with multiple product teams to drive product deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or software engineering.
• Deep expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with networking products: WiFi, Ethernet, Fiber Optic, and Managed routers.
• Technical knowledge of Wholesale communications services, Carrier Ethernet Services, and B2B connectivity.
• Experience managing Enterprise VPN environments.
• Proven track record managing teams of 20-25 people across multiple projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAFe Agile or Kanban frameworks.
