Description

You will lead enterprise-scale migrations of users and data to the Microsoft Cloud and Office 365 platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute an Office 365 roadmap, migrating Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Yammer, Viva, and SharePoint.
• Discover, assess, and document business requirements to ensure alignment with technical migration goals.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and issues using PMI and Agile standards.
• Negotiate downtime with business units and represent changes in CAB meetings.
• Deliver executive dashboards, presentations, and regular communications to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in information technology with at least 7 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• 7+ years of specific Migration Project Management experience (on-prem to on-prem or on-prem to cloud).
• Deep knowledge of O365, Azure, and Microsoft Cloud platforms.
• PMI and ITIL certifications.
• Proficiency with MS Project, MS Visio, ServiceNow PPM, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience managing large-scale migrations involving Azure, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Yammer, Viva, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with MS Intune, Azure AD, and other cloud management tools.
• Working knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum frameworks.
• Strong background in organizational change management and end-user training.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in business or a related field.
