Manage web marketing initiatives, landing page migrations, and web operations workflows in Mountain View, CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead landing page requests and migrations, maintaining the Campaign Calendar to track status and delivery.
• Define execution details to meet launch schedules and ensure error-free deployments.
• Sequence work, manage dependencies, and communicate risks to cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate daily and weekly sprint/stand-up calls to align requirements and resources.
• Translate marketing change requests into JIRA tickets and coordinate QA and UAT.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in high-volume web project management, web marketing operations, or engineering project management/scrum.
• Proficiency with JIRA and QuickBase.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS.
• Experience with WordPress and web content management capabilities.
• Strong understanding of search and display methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience identifying process gaps and implementing troubleshooting solutions for web operations workflows.
