Description

You will lead and oversee multiple technical projects through their entire lifecycle, from planning to delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical project teams through planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress to identify and mitigate risks while ensuring technical solutions align with business goals.
• Conduct regular status meetings to maintain communication and alignment across functions.
• Guide technical teams in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and achieving project milestones.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in project management with a strong technical background.
• Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, complex projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Ability to balance technical requirements with managerial execution.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
