Description

You will design, implement, and deliver customer onboarding solutions within a modular SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure systems using XML and Java to meet client requirements.
• Implement solutions across multiple environments following established project methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product teams, Subject Matter Experts, Developers, and Quality Assurance to deliver projects on schedule.
• Provide technical consulting to internal and external stakeholders regarding products and architecture.
• Support the onboarding and training of new colleagues by sharing technical and product knowledge.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Implementation Manager, or comparable role in IT/SaaS.
• Ability to read Java code and prepare XML configurations.
• Proficiency in Project Management within a SaaS environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• German language proficiency.
• Strong technical understanding combined with stakeholder management skills.
• Proven organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within an international environment and adjusting communication styles to different cultures.
