Oversee third-party IT support and coordinate network, server, and security operations for factory systems.
This role is hybrid.
Responsibilities
Coordinate third-party IT support personnel, ensuring service quality and compliance with IT policies and factory safety requirements.
Act as the primary on-site IT contact for factory stakeholders, bridging communication with remote global teams across network, storage, and application domains.
Manage tier-3 escalations for network connectivity, server issues, and production tool failures.
Support day-to-day operations including user provisioning, hardware/software deployment, patch management, and incident resolution.
Maintain factory systems, MES, and ERP applications while ensuring cybersecurity compliance and audit readiness.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in networking, covering LAN, WAN, cabling, firewalls, and TCP/IP routing.
Proficiency in troubleshooting TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing issues.
Experience managing Windows and Linux/Unix servers, including OS patching, endpoint protection, and system monitoring.
Knowledge of server virtualization, storage, and security audit compliance.
Ability to handle urgent tier-3 escalations and coordinate with global IT teams.
Experience with IT asset management, documentation, and vulnerability remediation.
Minimum 10+ years of total professional experience.
