Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, bridging customer requirements with engineering execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and project design phases.
• Conduct scoping calls with customers to perform needs analysis and propose technical solutions.
• Manage and coach implementation teams while reviewing all technical deliverables.
• Support sales teams as the technical lead for professional services.
• Standardize and automate internal processes to drive continuous team improvement.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or technical customer-facing roles.
• 1+ year of experience working within a Fintech environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Technical familiarity with Java, Angular, and React.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile development methodologies.
• Background in financial services or financial systems.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
