Description

Manage the scope, schedule, and budget for a custom Lab Portal project built on Salesforce and TIBCO.

Responsibilities

• Manage all engagement phases and work streams for the consultant team.
• Hold the team accountable to deliverables defined in the SOW.
• Run sprints, establish user stories, manage the backlog, and define the MVP.
• Oversee the software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Coordinate release management activities.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Strong proficiency with Jira.
• Direct experience working with TIBCO.
• Working knowledge of Agile principles and iterative, incremental development.
• Technical understanding of the software development process.
• Experience managing project budgets and timelines.
• Proven ability in conflict resolution and stakeholder communication.
• Any Graduate degree.
