Description

You manage end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-wide data projects within the financial services sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle for complex data initiatives.
• Develop detailed IT work plans, project schedules, and regular status reports.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight to the development team.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and lead governance meetings for project updates.
• Produce process flow diagrams, business models, and functional designs through detailed documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-wide data solutions.
• Deep subject matter expertise in the financial industry.
• Working knowledge of the financial industry regulatory landscape.
• Experience managing the full Software Development Life Cycle.
• Ability to create technical documentation including business modeling and functional design.
• Strong analytical skills for developing process flow diagrams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
