Description

You will lead end-to-end Data Center Migration projects and manage complex Change Management processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale application and database migration portfolios from one Data Center to another.
• Execute release planning and strategies while coordinating with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams.
• Develop Change Management strategies and ensure strict adherence to organizational policies.
• Build, update, and maintain detailed runbooks for migrations and ongoing operations.
• Conduct post-migration reviews to identify process improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing IT projects.
• Proven expertise in Data Center Migration and Change Management.
• Hands-on experience managing application and database buildouts.
• Technical understanding of Java and .NET-based applications.
• Working knowledge of RDBMS, Snowflake, DB2, and SQL Server.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and shifting priorities.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications.
