Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects within the capital markets domain, managing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies for capital markets initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders (MD/Director level) for alignment and reporting.
• Drive Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies across project lifecycles.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, QA, and operations.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance standards while managing escalations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience within capital markets technology.
• Strong knowledge of equity derivatives, including vanilla and exotic products, Greeks, and risk sensitivities.
• Proven experience managing regulatory-driven technology initiatives.
• Advanced expertise in JIRA, including project configuration, dashboards, JQL, and automation rules.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3 years of tenure in previous roles.
