You lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, multi-team technology initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define program vision, scope, and success metrics with Architecture, Engineering, and Product leadership.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, aligning milestones and dependencies across organizations.
• Oversee delivery using Agile, DevOps, and hybrid models, promoting CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code.
• Implement rigorous risk-management frameworks, anticipating and mitigating issues proactively.
• Own end-to-end program financials, including forecasting, reconciliation, and value realization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading complex technical programs.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
• Ability to partner with engineering teams to shape architecture direction and evaluate trade-offs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
