Description

You will lead end-to-end project delivery for Microsoft technology solutions, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and within budget.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive cloud migration, application modernization, and digital transformation initiatives on Microsoft Azure.
• Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, QA, and infrastructure teams.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies proactively.

Required Skills

• 6+ years as a Technical Project Manager.
• Strong experience managing projects involving the Microsoft Techstack.
• Hands-on understanding of cloud-native application architecture and Azure services.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps Boards, Jira, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release management.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
