Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams to ensure efficient project delivery and high performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to define project objectives, scope, and technical requirements.
• Manage project timelines, resources, priorities, and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support for team professional development.
• Handle technical documentation, reporting, and the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a technical role.
• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects.
• Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems, including Salesforce, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Ability to work UK shifts to coordinate with international clients.
