Responsibilities

• Manage the software development lifecycle using Jira, focusing on reporting and JQL execution.
• Troubleshoot and maintain systems within Unix/Linux environments.
• Drive technical initiatives and escalate issues based on business understanding.
• Engage stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication.
• Research and integrate new methodologies and technologies.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Product Owner.
• 3+ years developing and maintaining software applications in Java and Python.
• Proficiency in Unix troubleshooting and Shell scripting.
• Expertise using Jira for tracking and reporting.
• Familiarity with Release Management practices.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Systems (MIS) or Computer Science.
