Lead the Customer Support Data Modernization Program, a complex, multi-phase redesign to create a unified, scalable, and AI-ready data platform.
Responsibilities
Translate strategy into execution by developing an end-to-end program plan and structured roadmap with clear milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Drive cross-functional alignment by working closely with engineering, data, and analytics teams on requirements, design decisions, and delivery timelines.
Manage program governance and cadence, establishing structured updates, tracking progress, monitoring risks, and proactively resolving blockers.
Oversight the data transformation aspects, including migration from legacy systems to new architectures.
Required Skills
12+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise data transformation or modernization programs.
Proven track record in complex, cross-functional environments.
Deep understanding of data management, data warehousing, and data lake concepts.
Strong grasp of data modeling practices and the specifics involved in data transformation.
Experience with SQL is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience with specific data management tools or programming languages beyond SQL.
