You will coordinate cross-functional technical activities, manage project timelines, and resolve complex system issues.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate project plans to manage activity timelines and resource allocation.
• Manage backup systems, security protocols, and user help systems.
• Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to define computing needs and system requirements.
• Collaborate with department heads and vendors to resolve technical problems and solicit cooperation.
• Provide technical support to users for computer-related issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical project management.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Visual Basic.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, including circuit boards, processors, and electronic equipment.
• Understanding of software and hardware integration.
• Knowledge of business principles regarding strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Understanding of production processes, quality control, and distribution methods.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or computer engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or other advanced degree.
• PMI or PMP certification.
