Description

You will manage technical projects from design through beta testing to final production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the full Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC), including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, milestones, and detailed Work Breakdown Structures to ensure technical feasibility.
• Manage project financials by developing forecasts and validating them against actuals for monthly reporting.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize project impact.
• Control project scope, schedule, and budget through formal change request processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Deep understanding of the Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC).
• Experience developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project schedules.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with risk management and mitigation strategy development.
• Ability to manage formal Change Request (CR) processes.
• Skill in facilitating technical discussions and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to track and report on qualitative and quantitative project metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
