Responsibilities

• Interpret customer business requirements and translate them into clear application and process specifications.
• Delegate tasks effectively and manage project resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate project status, risks, and requirements to business executives.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in people and resource management.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Analytical skills for requirement translation.
• Written and verbal communication skills for executive interaction.
• Time management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMI/PMP certification.
• Agile certification.
