Description

You will manage technical delivery cycles for software teams, leading cross-functional groups through project delivery and ensuring alignment with business value.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through end-to-end project delivery.
• Manage client expectations and resolve conflicts during the project lifecycle.
• Handle scope creep, identify technical risks, and execute mitigation plans.
• Ensure delivery aligns with business value and manage post-delivery phases.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in project or delivery management with software teams.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience applying Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, and integrations.
• Knowledge of retail or store systems including POS, inventory, and omnichannel flows.
• Ability to manage change requests and technical tradeoffs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex integrations in retail environments.
