Description

You will lead the technical project management effort to replace the existing planning tool with Oracle EPM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full implementation lifecycle of the Oracle EPM solution.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee technical integration, configuration, and customization of Oracle EPM modules.
• Ensure alignment between EPM capabilities and business requirements by working with finance teams.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in Technical Project Management, specifically with EPM implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion Planning.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12, particularly in financial or planning modules.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Proven ability to lead transformation projects within financial systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
