Description

You will lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM to replace the existing planning tool. This role requires managing the full project lifecycle, from scope definition to technical integration and delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle of the Oracle EPM solution.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Oversee technical integration, configuration, and customization of Oracle EPM modules.
• Coordinate integration with Oracle EBS R12 to ensure smooth data flows and compatibility.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion Planning.
• Mandatory experience with Oracle EBS R12, particularly in financial or planning-related modules.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Proven ability to lead transformation projects within financial systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field.
