Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of telecom BSS Product Offers, including IoT/NGIoT, driving execution from commercial definition through to assurance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery across the full BSS–OSS lifecycle: offer definition, catalog modeling, order management, orchestration, activation, billing, and assurance.
• Create and manage project plans, sprint plans, release calendars, dependencies, and milestones.
• Drive governance through daily standups, RAID reviews, sprint reviews, tech/design reviews, release readiness checks, and CAB processes.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, scope changes, and cross-vendor dependencies to mitigate schedule slippage.
• Produce executive status reports and coordinate multiple stakeholders and systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Deep understanding of BSS product catalog and offer constructs.
• Experience with cross-domain orchestration across BSS and OSS.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems.
• Ability to manage complex dependencies and multi-vendor environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
