Description

You will manage technology projects within a Contact Center environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage risks and issues within complex technical environments.
• Oversee projects related to Contact Center Technology infrastructure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery.
• Track project progress and report status to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Contact Center Technology (CUCM / Voice / Telephony) Infrastructure Project Management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Expert use of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks and issues in technical settings.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with contact center analytics tools.
• Knowledge of VoIP protocols.
