Description

You manage the execution of technical programs from requirement definition through delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define scope based on business requirements, solution designs, or prioritized backlogs.
• Secure participation from required cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain delivery plans and program records.
• Track program schedules and analyze performance against the plan.
• Manage risks by identifying issues, establishing contingency plans, and initiating corrective actions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management within IT.
• Proficiency with Smartsheets and Jira.
• Experience applying program planning best practices.
• Ability to manage critical path dependencies across technical streams.
• Skilled in scope, time, and cost trade-off evaluation.
• Bachelor's degree required.
