Description

You will manage the execution lifecycle of technical programs, ensuring alignment between business requirements and delivery outcomes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define scope based on business requirements, solution designs, or prioritized backlog.
• Identify and coordinate participation from required cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain delivery plans, program records, and track performance against the schedule.
• Manage risk by identifying areas of concern, establishing contingencies, and initiating corrective actions.
• Partner with leadership to evaluate scope, time, and cost tradeoffs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management within IT or related fields.
• Proficiency using Jira and Smartsheets.
• Experience managing critical paths and upstream/downstream dependencies.
• Ability to document decisions and changes effectively.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of total professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
