Own end-to-end project plans for complex telecom or enterprise technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, defining scope, schedules, and critical paths.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress against plans, analyzing performance and ensuring timely execution.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage escalation processes.
• Communicate status, updates, and issues effectively to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical project or program management.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Smartsheets.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and dependency tracking.
• Experience in telecom or IT environments with complex enterprise technology projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
