Description

You will manage integrated teams to drive technology solutions for key product initiatives through close collaboration with Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Drive integrated teams and technology solutions by working closely with Engineering.
• Facilitate Agile events and ceremonies to ensure engineering teams deliver value.
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, backlog readiness, and user story writing.
• Track and resolve dependencies, impediments, and risks, escalating issues when necessary.
• Lead daily calls and coordinate resources across US, UK, and India-based teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Technical Project Manager experience.
• TPM methodology expertise.
• Proficiency with Rally.
• Deep technical domain knowledge to support engineering teams.
• Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Ability to support decision-making and continuous delivery of business value.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
