Description

You will manage all aspects of multiple technical projects from initiation through completion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex programs by developing implementation plans, resource requirements, scope, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate communication between Business Development, Product Development, QA, Release, Sustenance, and Support teams.
• Establish processes and tools for project planning, tracking, issue documentation, and reporting via dashboards.
• Partner with development teams to capture functional and non-functional requirements, including Compliance, Security, Scalability, Availability, Reliability, and Observability.
• Manage risks, mitigation strategies, and conflict resolution to keep projects on track.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects and complex programs.
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of Agile and DevOps paradigms.
• Experience defining and tracking key metrics using SQL, JQL, and Excel.
• Proven ability to create high-level and detailed project plans and documentation.
• Expertise in risk management, mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to lead through influence and manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience with pre-launch, post-launch, and support activities.
