Lead end-to-end complex cloud migration programs for enterprise customers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own migration program plans, scope, timelines, budget, and deliverables.
• Define migration strategy including lift-and-shift, replatforming (MS SQL to Azure SQL), or refactoring.
• Establish PMO practices, RAID logs, and communication cadence for executive alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Infra, App Dev, DBA, Security) and align CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 15+ years IT experience, with 5-8+ years leading complex cloud migration programs.
• Hands-on understanding of Azure compute (VMs, Scale Sets), networking (VNets, WAF), and storage.
• Expertise in MS SQL migration to Azure SQL/Managed Instance, including DMS and compatibility.
• Proficiency with Azure Service Bus and security controls (RBAC, Managed Identity, Key Vault).
• Experience with Azure Migrate, Azure Site Recovery (ASR), and Database Migration Service.
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).
• Proven leadership managing multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.

• Strong documentation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
