Description

Manage technical program execution, delivery roadmaps, and cross-team dependencies within a SAFe Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Steer technical program conversations regarding architectural approach, system design, and solution documentation.
• Drive coordination between Product Owners, Architects, and Engineers to meet technical and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and resolve complex inter-team technical dependencies and delivery impediments.
• Facilitate PI planning, change management, and release management activities.
• Monitor investment costs, track OKR/KPIs, and ensure compliance with SDLC standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management.
• Extensive experience in SAFe Agile project management.
• Proficiency with Rally and JIRA.
• Technical familiarity with Java and Kotlin.
• Strong understanding of SDLC standards.
• Experience with long-range planning and financial monitoring of investment costs.
• Ability to pressure test plans for feasibility, capacity, and risk.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Agile certification.
