Description

You will lead Power Platform projects from initiation to completion, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Power Platform projects by developing plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and identify automation opportunities via Power Platform technologies.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions.
• Manage the Power Platform environment, establishing governance, security standards, and performance optimizations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers and support staff, to resolve issues and ensure solution scalability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management focusing on IT or software development.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability to lead technical resources and manage project lifecycles.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
• Ability to communicate technical details effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience using project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
