Description

Lead technical implementations, rollouts, and upgrades across multiple store locations.

You will own the full project lifecycle from design through testing and completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rollouts across infrastructure, networking, IoT, and third-party vendor teams.
• Design and execute implementation methodologies, including testing, budgeting, and project metrics.
• Act as a liaison between internal project teams, executive leadership, and key stakeholders.
• Track project progress, manage expectations, and provide contingency plans to meet objectives.
• Communicate project status and updates regularly to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical project management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Experience managing data transfer projects.
• Experience working with infrastructure, networking, and IoT teams.
• Ability to manage complex project lifecycles from design through testing and completion.
• Experience communicating technical status to executive-level stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working with retail clients.
