Description

Lead and manage multiple software projects within the banking sector, ensuring delivery meets scope, time, and budget targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports; communicate progress to all stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.
• Apply PMP principles to manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder communication.
• Implement Scrum practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project risk, conduct assessments, and develop mitigation plans.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience managing software projects, including 3+ years in banking.
• PMP certification required.
• In-depth knowledge of CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) frameworks.
• Proficiency in Scrum practices and Agile project management facilitation.
• Experience leading projects in the banking industry.
• Ability to manage project risk and develop mitigation plans.

Preferred Skills

• CSM or equivalent Scrum Master Certification.
• Master’s degree.
