You will own the planning and execution of end-to-end PIAM initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build detailed project plans defining milestones, dependencies, testing, and deployment schedules.
• Collaborate across IT, HR, compliance, and physical security teams to align requirements with enterprise goals.
• Manage system integration with Access Control Systems (ACS), HRMS (Workday, SAP), and ITSM (ServiceNow).
• Oversee delivery management, guiding internal and external project teams through the full lifecycle, including UAT and client handover.
• Ensure project compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in project management, including 5+ years in PIAM, IAM, or physical security systems.
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
• End-to-end project lifecycle ownership, from initiation to closeout.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across vendors and clients.
• Knowledge of identity lifecycle and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, NERC CIP).
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience managing Statement of Work (SOWs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
