Description

You will manage end-to-end delivery of development and enhancement projects while overseeing managed services support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project delivery and ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Oversee managed services delivery within support projects.
• Interview, select, and onboard technical resources for project teams.
• Coach and mentor team members to drive technical growth.
• Handle customer communications and stakeholder management directly.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Technical background in Application Development using .NET, Java, or similar technologies.
• Proven experience in managed services delivery and support projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for customer handling.
• Degree in any discipline (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Domain expertise in Manufacturing or BFSI.
• PMP or CSM certification.
