Description

Lead data networking technology and operational assessments for the Virginia State Police transition project.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the transition project by performing technical and operational assessments of data networking technology.
• Track project milestones and deliverables to provide regular status reports to VITAs leadership.
• Manage multiple location network solution deployments and operations.
• Respond to and resolve agency and customer escalations.
• Produce status presentations for technology project reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing general network technology projects.
• 5+ years of extensive knowledge in data and network monitoring technologies, standards, and practices.
• 5+ years of experience deploying and managing multiple location network solutions.
• 2+ years of experience producing presentations for technology project status reporting.
• Proven ability to manage technical escalations and customer resolutions.
• Strong proficiency in project tracking and milestone management.
